B.Application
1) The PPR Pipe Extrusion Production Line adopts the high efficiency spiral pole extruding machine made by our company. It has the characters of high-speed extruding and high efficiency plasticized.
2) Adopt special screw of barrier pattern with double poler mix-refining, and adopt motor barrel with opening dent.
3) Twice-diffluence new pattern mould is equipped, which has the characters of Iow temperature and Iow pressure extruding. And the fixing diameter cover with water pattern can guarantee the high speed production of pipe material.
4) The production line is controlled by PLC Programme, and favorable man-machine interface is set up.
5) The marked line extrusion can be chose in the production line, which can produce the color marked pipe material. This also can produces the PE Pipe if change the mould.
